Due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds may not always be possible once work has started.
Refunds may be considered if:
Work has not yet started
The project cannot be delivered due to company limitations
There is a verified service failure
Refunds will not be issued if:
Work has already been completed or delivered
The client changes their mind after work begins
Delays occur due to lack of client communication or materials
Services such as SEO or marketing campaigns have already started
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.
Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
